Nuclear power is produced when a nuclear reactor produces energy. The reaction that follows splits a uranium nucleus which then releases energy in the form of heat. This process provides efficient energy without air pollution. However nuclear power is costly and its radioactive waste doesn't have a proper system of disposal yet.
So is Nuclear Power beneficial to the environment or not?
I say it's not beneficial because of the radioactive waste produced!! Also because of the past events like fukushima.
ReplyDeleteno i disagree a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Collin is the alternative to power and he is so powerful he will light the world!!!!!!!!!!!!...................... ohh and colton is gay
ReplyDeleteIt really depends on how you view it. Construction of nuclear power plants and operating them is costly and dangerous, however sticking with fossil fuels rather than switching to an alternative may very well be worse.
